hey man, i am also a newbie on wordpress, but i am sure, you can ask some other people such as amir, or manik, thoose 2 seem to be good with wordpress, im not sure about manik, but i bet he has some expreience.

You are patience less I think, Forum need lots of patience, visitors / members can't be make in 1 or 2 months, it need right strategy. Call Manik, he will surely help you.

first tell me the forum script you have used if you have used mybb then you just have to use mybb to wordpress plugin for others there is hard way lol...

Honestly, I can't fully understand what you're trying to say... do you mean you're going to convert/change your two forums into blogs?

Basically, there are thousands or even millions of forums in the Internet. Obviously, it is not easy to compete with them and new forums should have some thing new or some cool stuff to attract visitors to be part of their community. As far as I know, one of the tactics of some newly launched forums is to launch different contest or something like a referral contest. In that way, many will join and that particular forum will have active members but of course it is not easy. Some of the owners of new forums join the other forum (competitors) just to propagate the news/contest in his/her forum... whether by his/her signature or posts.

BTW, can I know what are your two forums all about? Blogs and Forums are two different things even though they are both connected when it comes to Internet. For me, forums are for discussion and learning purposes while blog is like an online diary wherein an individual is trying to share his/her experience in his daily life or when it comes to a business, a blog is use to communicated with the business' customers.

Why won't you launch a contest? It will make your forum alive and it will also turn on/wakeup your inactive/sleeping members.

I suggest you to keep your forum and add a blog. "Two heads are better that one".

I think there will be lot of manual work involve in the work.As there is no script that will help you better copy paste all your stuff and post in blog ..

Better way

Hire a person to do the job on hourly basis lol...

I am happy today cause today i got 200+ visitor in my one blog and most of them are from google, only from one keyword [windows 7 transformation pack] and my site is number one. my other two blog get each 100+ visitor. i just start blogging 5/6 day before. that is pretty good for me and thank you guys to help me
