Thread: 1000+ unique visitors

For the first time, I finally succeeded in getting 1000+ Unique Visitors to my Bollywood blog.

The blog started about a year ago and it used to get very low traffic but now it is doing very well. I get more than 50% of my traffic from SEs (especially Google) and a lot from Social Bookmarking sites as well.

I am so happy!!!

Thats insane bro, im really happy for you. Let me know some tips if your ever free, as you know, I have recently started my own blog, its not too popular but I get about 6 to 7 views daily and one person actually commented and said he loved the article, and he had questions, which was something that made me really happy lol

Well...i say you get active on a niche social bookmarking site like Sphinn. Make friends there and get into discussions. Then people will vote for your stories and they will get published.

Also, I had a nice domain. Bollywood Ki Babes. I get a lot of traffic from "bollywood babes". Search it on google and you will see that I am third.

Oh yeah. I used to do that in General Section and I had a mega thread too but then i got tired.

i do have the domain: bollywoodkibabes.com
but i don't use it for two reason;

1. I don't know how to use it with Blogger.
2. I don't want to lose my PR.

You can use wordpress. If not here is the tutorial how to use a domain with blogger blogs Setting Blogger Blog and Google Apps With Domain

In the long run you would loose money for not using a domain for your blog. You can even start a new blog on the side for that domain.

Thats good news to hear. I myself has reached a hundred 1000 u v myself with my joke site and thats between stumpleupon and yahoo answers and about 5o yahoo searches and about 10 google searches with key words. My best day this month was jan. 3, 41,000 pages looked at. I am very happy for you Himoacs good luck and now keep it up.

The problem with me is that i bought the domain independently from GoDaddy and not through Google.

Can I give you access to a new blog and then you can add the domain to it?
I will run the site slowly for sometime and when i have a good PR, I will shift to the new site permanently.
