Blog commenting is also part of SEO Off Page activity. But Blog give the no follow back links. Then what's the benefit of blog commenting in SERP.

There are some blogs which give you a link which is do follow. And if it is not do follow it can generate a traffic for your site.

Yes you can get backlinks as well as traffic from the comments...But be liberal while commenting.

Search for Dofollow blogs they are still exist. If you can't find it keep posting on nofollof tag blogs at least they give you traffic but your content must be interesting and make people to click on your link.

there is dual benefits of blog commenting. you will get good pagerank plus backlinks.

If your host blog is not giving you do follow link and your comment is so much attractive that the traffic is coming to you from that link it will b beneficial for you as it creates back links but if your comments are not up to the mark then it is nothing but waste of time..
So, read the blog with full concentration and then comment on it at your best.

lots of blog give do-follow backlink, if possible you must comment in same niche site with good little bit lengthy comment so can people attract on your post and automatically it drive traffic on your site.
