I put the ads at the bottom. I think side ads are noticed less. Someone who reads all the way to the bottom is more likely to actually see the ads.

AdSense is like old lady, have it's own humours.
Some months is rewarding me, and some give almost nothing.
It's balck magic , not position of the ads.
However, the ad block in the middle of the screen must looks awfull.

I would not recommend placing your ads at the bottom of your page. Some people might never make it that far and then you have lost the real benefit of using ads fueled by adsense.

Thanks for sharing this information and avoid forum sites where others volunteer to click your adverts if you click on theirs. This will definitely become a reason to banned.

Tips are good, but it taking time to make payment from google.
