How about 50% on both sides...cause backlinks which are quality should weight but the case is that what manik says it can be manipulated...which G can't figure out..( those links which seems to be natural having great advantage on SERp) on the other hand having or giving more weight on quality content will play fair on the SERP cause sites will be forced to give or offer quality contents to it's reader...
